The training is one year training and is conducted in person as well as online in Taw Oo Campus. There is one lead trainer and guest trainers.
Vision:
To reduce maternal and child mortality rates during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum by empowering maternal and child health workers to deliver essential care and promote well-being, aiming for a healthier future for mothers and children in Kawthoolei areas.
Mission:
To provide specialized training for maternal and child health workers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to address critical health needs in underserved communities, aiming to improve maternal and child health outcomes and strengthen healthcare access in Kawthoolei areas.
Recruitment Criteria:
● Finished grade 10 or 12
● Completed CHW training
● Age between 18 – 35
● Able to read, write and speak Burmese and basic English
